The property search function helps you to search for available properties to rent in Niederer AG’s comprehensive range. If you are looking to buy a property, please click on “buy” in the menu.
Search function
Use the search form to search for properties to rent. Each options field allows you to refine your search further. The more criteria you select, the more precise the results you will obtain.
“Type of property” field
Select the type of property you are looking for. If you would like to select additional criteria for your search, select an option from the other fields as well. Otherwise, click on the “Search” button.
“Canton” field
Select the region or district where you are looking for property. If you would like to select additional criteria for your search, select an option from the other fields as well. Otherwise, click on the “Search” button.
“Postcode” field
Select the postcode where you are looking for property. If you would like to select additional criteria for your search, select an option from the other fields as well. Otherwise, click on the “Search” button.
“Town/city” field
Select the town or city where you are looking for property to rent. If you have previously selected a canton, only those towns or cities in that canton will be displayed. If you would like to select additional criteria for your search, select an option from the other fields as well. Otherwise, click on the “Search” button.
“Number of rooms” field
Enter the number of rooms you require in your property. If you would like to select additional criteria for your search, select an option from the other fields as well. Otherwise, click on the “Search” button.
“Max. gross rent” field
Enter the maximum gross rent per month you want to pay for the property in your search. If you would like to select additional criteria for your search, select an option from the other fields as well. Otherwise, click on the “Search” button.
Sort options
You can display your search results according to one of four sort criteria. Select the criterion you would like your sort to be based on.
Properties to buy
If you are looking for a property to buy, please click on “buy” in the menu. This takes you to the summary page showing our properties to buy, where you can select properties as required.
Your profile
Setting up your profile
You can save your search criteria as a profile. This allows you to search Niederer’s range of property later on using the same criteria. You can also choose whether you would like to be notified when a new property which meets your criteria is received into the range.
Accessing your profile
Enter into the appropriate field on the homepage the email address that you entered when setting up your profile. Only those properties to rent that correspond to your criteria will then be displayed for you. However, you can also search for available properties as normal.
